Poor Healthcare In Indonesia

Here's my another college journal assignment about how poor indonesian healthcare is...

The insurance professionals that embrace all people of Indonesia. Such systems have long held in developed countries like USA for example. There, the system of health services already have health insurance system in the different countries we are still in the system around 'pay for service', a new pay first served. System pay for such service is not suitable for the service of medical affairs for the sick to emergency departments is not possible to wait before the new money can be life saving action. But to remember, in the case of treatment, the hospital is not the institutions but social institutions so that profit may not all patients who come are served with no certainty of payment. May be unethical, I have to help the life of money waiting-waiting, but so ruling, we must realize that the hospital was established not to do even though the field of humanitarian offensive, except a hospital or clinic social devote to it is established. One way out for this problem is the existence of health insurance in the form of insurance on each individual as in developed countries, including Singapore.

Awareness on the health insurance business in Indonesia is still relatively low at the top of the middle (although better start now), and insurance is impossible for the economy is weak because all revenue out in their primary needs (temporary insurance needs is tertiary). While the illness does not have to know that and can override all the good rich or poor, such as accidents, stroke, heart attack, cancer or a terminal illness such as kidney failure that requires regular blood washing. When throughout the day-to-day we do not allocate the money as a backup in such condition so when the disaster befalling all economic barriers will hinder the medical action is fast and precise.

Indeed has the required insurance professionals who truly are able to manage health problems for many people in our country, so public access to comprehensive health care. In addition, of course promotional and preventive efforts need to be a main focus in the health sector with the pattern of life that is healthy, a routine health examination and early detection so that the more the disease can be prevented so that the load is reduced to state residents who bear the weight of pain and non-productive.
